Finding an best wedding planners Dubai may be simple, but it can be difficult Perhaps you've gotten advice from a family member and colleague. Or perhaps conducted an own search and settled about the service you prefer (hopefully we're the one!) But what happens after? In our situation it's important to share your hopes as well as your initial plans or even more elaborate details regardless of the stage you're in.

Get our free wedding checklist below to be familiar with the important steps to take during your planning process! In the case of any wedding-related event certain things can't always be laid out in stone however this is an excellent guideline.

Face to Face

The best method to build relationships and share initial thoughts or suggestions is to meet to have a cup of coffee. We'll be able to arrange an appointment as soon as we receive your inquiry and your choice to speak with us, as (as you'll discover) we like to complete tasks. Personally, I think this is the most enjoyable meeting! (Along with the'supervision')

Follow the Trail

Although it's not the best method for communication, email is ideal for recording event information including running sheets, updates and confirmations. Following our first meeting, we'll remain contact by email and phone and then get to work scheduling suppliers, reviewing locations, writing menus, or anything else in the plan!

Pre Event

We could meet up again prior to the event or we could carry on as usualeach event and client will have different needs. Perhaps you have a better place to be? Final confirmations will be made and we'll be prepared to be rocking! This is the point where many planners stress and worry about however, we'll feel relaxed as we know that everything is protected and (rarely-used but very useful) plans in place for all eventualities.

Supervision

This is a major factor that sets us apart from other companies. We don't hand over or give a briefing to an event manager or supervisor, as nobody can be more effective than your personal event plannerwho's been on the entire journey from the first coffee. In addition to our an unbeatable experience in hospitality event operation We'll be able to deliver all your ideas and detailsand not trade them in to someone else for a glass of "hard-earned wines." (That will be explained in the next section below.)

Debrief

What do we plan to do next time? Drinking with the team following the event, followed by a coffee meeting with the client couple of days later, will be a way to conclude what has been a lengthy and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. We are always grateful for feedback (especially positive) from our clients and guests. We strive to learn from each event we hold.
